Refund policy

At Zayn Jewels, we want you to love your purchase. We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and unused, free of scratches or signs of wear, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Hassle-Free Returns: Once your return request is approved, we will schedule a complimentary courier pickup at your convenience. There is no need to print labels or visit a post office; we will handle the logistics for you.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Please do not send items back manually. Returns must be handled through our scheduled pickup service to be accepted.

  • Return Address: Items will be collected by our courier and delivered to our inspection center.

Damages and Issues (48-Hour Notification)

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:

  • Timeframe: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Verification: Please include clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging in your email to Hello@zaynjewels.ae
  • Resolution: Once verified, we will prioritize your request to make it right via a replacement or refund

Exceptions / non-returnable items

To maintain strict hygiene and quality standards, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Hygiene: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they arrive defective.

  • Customization: Custom-made products, personalized items, or pieces with bespoke engravings are final sale.

  • Final Sale: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
