Order Processing Times

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.

  • Availability Note: Please note that processing times may vary depending on product availability. If an item is on backorder or requires special preparation, we will notify you immediately via email.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

We ship worldwide through our trusted third-party delivery partners. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

Orders within the UAE under 500 AED will incur a standard shipping fee, which will be visible in your cart during checkout.

Currency :
All orders are processed in AED. While you see the price in your local currency here, the checkout will use AED at the most current exchange rate. Local currency displays are for estimation purposes only.

Shipment Tracking & Communication

We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way.

  • Once your order has been handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

  • We will send additional updates regarding your delivery status so you know exactly when to expect your Zayn Jewels package.

Delivery Protocol

To ensure the security of your high-value purchase, our courier partners are instructed to deliver in person.

  • Direct Hand-off: We prefer to hand your order directly to you or an authorized recipient at your address.

  • Special Requests: If you specifically insist on the courier dropping the package at your door or in a "safe place," Zayn Jewels cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft once the delivery has been completed as per your request.

International Shipping (Customs, Duties, and Taxes)

For orders shipped outside of the UAE, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country.

  • Responsibility: Zayn Jewels is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately at Hello@zaynjewels.ae so we can coordinate with our delivery partner to investigate.
